Kent has taken the challenge along with his siblings to help his younger brother who is in the military wanting to move up in his rank. The kids were there to cheer Daddy on.

Silly Bryce!

The first thing Bryce does when he goes outside to play is to find his HAT. (Bryce calls it his helmet because he is big time into motorcycles. I'm sure Kent has nothing to do with that.) I love how his ears stick out. He is so cute.

Halloween 2008

The kids were so excited to get all dressed up for Halloween. I've got my two little pirates and their pirate dog. At least that is what they called him.
At Kent's work they have a Halloween costume contest. Kent won 3rd prize dressed as a softball player. Of course there was only three people who dressed up. Ha Ha!

Concrete Weekend

For the last three weeks Kent and I have been prepping our backyard to pour a bigger patio. So after digging dirt out and adding gravel we are ready for the concrete. The concrete truck got to our house around 8 saturday morning and we (meaning Kent and friends) wheelbarrowed concrete to the backyard. We had good help so it only took a hour to get the concrete in place. We also poured a pad for a future shed on the side of our house.

It might have only taken an hour to get the concrete in place but it took an additional five hours of smoothing to get it to look pretty. Thanks to my Dad for all his had work and knowledge of what to do.



Finished product.
We are now ready for the hot tub that has been sitting in our garage for the past few weeks.


The kids had to add themselves to the project. Of course it won't be just the five of us as of May 2009.

Soccer "KICKS"

Tanner had his last Soccer game on Saturday. He just informed me that... "I've decided I don't want to play soccer anymore. I just want to play basketball and baseball." I told him he was really good and soccer. He still seemed stuck on just playing basketball and baseball. I have already paid for spring soccer so I'll see what he decided in the spring. Tanner is number 2



Tanner's really into doing tricks with the ball to try and get it away for the other team. He is actually pretty good at it.

Bryce's 2nd Birthday!

Bryce is officially two years old. So now when you talk about the terrible two's he is most defiantly in that category. Bryce is our little "it's my way or the highway" kid. It is really hard to talk him out of something when he has his mind to do it or have it. We had a little birthday party for him and invited the grandparents to it. Bryce loved all the attention. I still can't believe my baby is 2.

Twilight Movie!

Yippee! The Twilight movie has been moved up to Nov. 21. I am so happy. Read the books they are very good. Just from watching the preview of the movie I know the movie will be good also.
