My Grandpa Moulton passed away on September 11. It kind of took me by surprise. His health wasn't so good but he had a very clear mind so I thought he had a few more years in him. I loved my grandfather very much. It was pretty hard on me. The hardest part was watching my grandma and realizing her best friend was gone. I have so many great memories of my grandpa and they will stay with me forever. Tanner told me the other day as I was a little tearful. "It's okay mom, he will always be with us because we have pictures of him." Grandpa is in heaven and no longer in pain. That gives me much comfort. I love you, Grandpa.
The funeral was held in Othello at the Stake Center on September 16th. All the grandkids and great grandkids sang I lived in heaven and I am a child of God. Grandma had two of her brothers and one sister and a sister-in-law come to the Funeral.

Derek is getting so grown up. He's almost four months old here. Derek's middle name is the same as my grandpa's. JOHN

I'm sorry to hear about your Grandfather. Tanner seems like such a sweet boy.
So sorry to hear about your grandpa. What a crazy weekend to find out! Glad you came this way and that we were able to play with Kent and the kids! Love ya!
I am sorry to hear about your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
What a great man! You are right though... it is so wonderful to know that they do not hurt anymore once they pass away.
